The role
We are seeking a talented Forward Deployed Engineer who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex, real-world problems. In this role, you’ll embed directly with our customers to understand their technical challenges, design innovative solutions, and implement them on Reform’s platform—ensuring seamless integration and ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects—from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization.
- Engage deeply with customer executives and teams to understand their business needs, translate them into actionable technical strategies, and integrate solutions seamlessly.
- Become a power user of Reform’s platform and leverage your technical expertise to design, build, and deploy solutions—including integrations and new features—to address customer needs.
- Work with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that customer and field insights drive product strategy.
- Provide hands-on guidance and deliver direct support to ensure product reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics or keen interest in learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships in a B2B setting.
