The role

We are looking for a talented Growth Lead who is passionate about building effective marketing strategies that drive growth. In this role, you will develop product positioning and messaging, create and execute B2B marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase awareness and adoption of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing plans including email campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Work with the product team and drive product-led growth initiatives across our platform.
• Manage participation in conferences and industry events.
• Write content, including blogs, articles, and other marketing collateral.
• Analyze marketing performance and refine strategies to find the most effective channels.

Qualifications

• Understanding of B2B marketing processes including research, positioning, and execution.
• Experience managing pipeline generation and delivering campaigns that drive growth.
• Excellent writing, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
